REGISTRATION:
Registration can be done online by filling out the form or at the office in-person or by phone at 702-601-3089.
MISSED LESSON:
Lessons cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for make-up lessons. Make-up lessons must be scheduled directly with the office in person or by phone. A “no show” at a lesson is non-refundable. Missed lesson cannot be refunded unless there is a proof of extreme emergency. When traveling, students can receive their voice lessons online with their instructors, they simply need to inform the office about it.
MEMBERSHIP:
Every student with a monthly membership can cancel it at any time but is required to finish the lessons that have been already paid for in advance.
TARDINESS:
We do not offer make-up lessons for tardiness unless it is a critical emergency. Students are responsible to arrive on time at their lessons.
PAYMENT:
The school offers two options: “A la carte” meaning students will book and pay for their lesson every week or they can register for a monthly membership. The membership requires students to pay for four lessons at the beginning of each month. Every lesson price is then reduced by five dollars if the student uses the membership package (see our rates). The school accepts payment by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check.
TEACHERS’ ABSENCES:
All of our teachers are professional artists and can sometimes be called for gigs. When it is the case the school can provide make-up lessons with the instructor.
GROUP CLASSES:
Each class is for ten students maximum. Classes will still be held if only one student is in attendance due to absences.
